Hey there, I am Toral Shah, an entrepreneur with a longingness to accomplish more extra layers of greatest heights. My childhood aspirations were always shifting. Thankfully, I come from a loving home where my parents and siblings supported my wildest dreams. Since I was a kid, I've been told that if I try my hand at lots of various things, eventually I'll find the one that really lights my fire and makes me feel like I've come home. My father was my first real-life example of an entrepreneur, and I like to think that my profound respect for him has empowered me to adopt many of his admirable traits, including his innovative mindset.
Though I always knew I wanted to be my own boss, after earning my bachelor's in Engineering from Mumbai University I decided to obtain experience in the software sector first. Working in the corporate world for a number of years gave me a solid grounding in the nitty-gritty of project management and handling employees. After four years, I was prepared to take the plunge into independence. My firm was officially established in 2017 using just my own funds.
As a business owner, I don't sit back and allow other people or events to define my obstacles. Instead, I like to ask myself, "Have I done anything new today?" Did I pick up anything new today?" Have I uploaded any new goods to my catalog? Has today brought me any new possible business contacts? The list goes on..." Doing so helps me avoid being stagnant by forcing me to think in new ways and spurring my creative development.
My firm has made a series of accomplishments. In July of 2020, my company staged a first-of-its-kind digital pop-up to promote Indian-made goods from all across the country. This gave local businesses the encouragement they needed to adopt a "Digital First" philosophy and shatter the status quo of retailing. in July 2021, in an effort to bolster its retail business, it also began forming partnerships with internet portals.
I believe that successful business owners are those who are able to go beyond their comfort zones and make adjustments on the fly.
