Coming from a traditional business family, entrepreneurship was never a choice for Sanjay Solanki—it was his destiny. Growing up with a strong understanding of business and growth, he developed an early interest in industries that had the potential to grow quickly. When it was time to choose his path, he naturally moved towards e-commerce, a field full of opportunities. Growing up in a small village with big dreams, he was never someone who settled for an average life. After completing his 12th grade, he co-founded a consultancy firm with his brother. Over the next seven years, they ran the business successfully, learning important business skills. But deep down, he wanted something bigger. With strong ambition, he stepped into the world of e-commerce, not knowing he was about to build something huge.
Starting by launching products on Amazon India, he quickly realized the real power of e-commerce, making crores of rupees and setting a new standard for himself.
His early days were far from easy. With very little money, no team, and tight budgets, Sanjay handled everything himself. Packing products, answering customer questions, improving product listings, marketing—every task was his responsibility. For four tough months, he did everything alone, often giving up sleep and comfort. As the business started growing, he slowly built a team, hired workers, and expanded the marketing and sales departments, making sure the brand not only survived but grew. In the beginning, he sold low-cost products with very small profits, making the business riskier than it needed to be. But true to his strong spirit, every mistake became a lesson. He became skilled at pricing products, studying competitors, understanding shipping costs, and building a strong brand. "The real education comes from the market itself; you either adapt or disappear," he often says.
As time passed, seeing the lack of real e-commerce education, he started sharing his knowledge on social media, covering marketing, business tips, and product insights. His honest and simple way of teaching connected with thousands of people. By 2024, he expanded his business to Amazon US, earning lakhs in revenue and proving that distance doesn't matter in the digital world. Naturally, he began mentoring—holding live weekly classes where he answers questions with no scripts, no show-offs, just real and practical advice.

For four tough months, he did everything alone, often giving up sleep and comfort. As the business started growing, he slowly built a team, hired workers, and expanded the marketing and sales departments, making sure the brand not only survived but grew.
Challenges were plenty. Finding good people to hire, building a strong marketing system, handling daily work, making sure sales kept growing—it was all very demanding. But instead of giving in to pressure, Sanjay treated every challenge as a chance to get better. Setbacks taught him to stay calm, think carefully, analyze problems without panic, and change strategies when needed. A strong believer in slow and steady growth, he kept improving products, updating branding, making marketing campaigns better, and building customer trust. His personal rule is simple: "Hard times are the real architects of strong entrepreneurs."
In a world full of fake promises, he chose a different way—sticking to the rules, offering honest services, not making fake promises, and being fully transparent with his audience. While many chased cheap imports from China, he proudly supported Indian-made products, showing his commitment to growing local businesses. Innovation, speed of action, and honesty are his top three values. Sanjay handles risks carefully—he makes sure there’s enough cash flow before expanding and always keeps a growth mindset without rushing into decisions. His selling style changes with the market, new products, and customer needs in both India and other countries. Today, he believes the future of e-commerce is not just good—it’s brilliant. He says that creativity in product development, sharp marketing, and unforgettable branding will be necessary for success. Those who stay real, offer true value, and focus on building loyal communities—not just customers—will become the real winners. One big misunderstanding people have, he says, is thinking business is a dangerous gamble. "Risk only becomes dangerous when you lack clarity and planning. With a clear, well-executed strategy, growth is inevitable," he says.
A brilliant mind and a guiding force in the digital world.
