At just 22 years old, Krish Bhatia is proving that age has little to do with creating a successful business. Born into a family of entrepreneurs, he represents the third generation, but his journey really started at 16 when he weighed nearly 135 kilos. Through years of discipline, learning about nutrition, and pushing himself through fitness routines, he lost more than 45 kilos and came down to 90. That change not only reshaped his body, it reshaped his future. His personal struggle and eventual success inspired him to help others through social media, posting the recipes and approaches that worked for him. What began as a method to share information ended up becoming the foundation of an entire business.
For the first year, Krish worked tirelessly on creating small recipe videos and fitness content. The response was modest at best, moving from just 400 followers to 4000 in twelve months. Many would have given up at that stage, but he kept going. It was only after a full year that one specific reel picked up wildly online, which overnight attracted more than 100,000 followers. Today, his combined following across Instagram and YouTube has crossed half a million. His perspective on this growth is blunt, “It wasn’t really one video. It was the 100 other videos before that one that made it work.” For him, consistency turned out to be the real breakthrough.
In these last couple of years Krish has formed his own conclusions about business and what drives success. He believes that money will flow depending only on how much value you can offer and that the market doesn’t bother about age, qualifications or where someone came from. His second big learning has been that marketing is everything in today’s world. He strongly points out that knowing how to sell yourself, present clearly on camera and share genuine advice is what separates those who create an audience from those who fade away.

His family has backed him from the start, which made a big difference. Being raised in an entrepreneurial environment helped, since his parents and grandparents understood the trials of building something new. He also insists that his motivation was never financial gain, but strictly passion for guiding other people to their healthiest version. His belief is that every family should encourage young people experimenting with business, instead of dismissing it as risk or distraction.
Getting started was not without its problems. When his Instagram crossed 100k followers, he decided to release his first product, “The Shred Kitchen” E-Cookbook with over 40 high protein recipes. That move unexpectedly required registration formalities, GST numbers, domain purchases, and capital. With almost no savings from his content, he had to put in the last Rs. 10,000 in his account while laughing over the thought of being left with only one thousand. He recalls telling his girlfriend that he would earn it all back once the cookbook went live, which happened exactly as he predicted.
The challenges didn’t stop there. Since there were few people in India working in his exact model, he had no mentor or system to follow. Instead, he handled things problem by problem, choosing to solve each as it came instead of being weighed down by the bigger picture. That gradual method built momentum, and soon his cookbook crossed 4000 copies sold in eight months. From there, he expanded into customized meal plans and workout programs, putting together a small team of certified nutritionists and exercise science specialists.
