Khushboo Khanna and Yashraaj Singh often joke that they met by chance but built Eat This Delhi with intention. Their paths could not have been more different. Khushboo began as a Data Analyst and Developer before shifting into interior design, drawn by her love for nature and creative expression. She carries a lively spark that makes people feel at ease the moment they meet her. Yash came from a background shaped by the Tata Group and earlier experiences in media. He brings a steady focus that keeps him working on an idea until it feels honest. When they started creating content, it was not planned or structured. It simply grew from shared curiosity about food, culture, and the small stories that make daily life feel richer.

They often say that their earliest days felt both chaotic and freeing. There were no resources handed to them. No guidebook and no certainty about where things were headed. They learned by watching creators they admired and by trying things with no fear of getting it wrong. It was slow at first, and they admit they made more mistakes than they can count, but each one helped them see how their personalities worked together. Her brightness, his thoughtful detailing, and the balance between the two gave their videos a feeling of warmth that viewers connected with faster than they expected.

One of the strongest lessons they share with young creators is simple. Be real. In their words, “People feel you before they hear you.” They believe that audiences remember honesty more than any trend. Over time, this belief shaped how they travelled, shot, wrote, and interacted with people who appeared in their work.

Family also had a quiet but steady presence in their journey. Both of them grew up in homes that gave them permission to dream in their own way. Their parents did not ask them to justify every choice. The encouragement came through small gestures which allowed them to try new things without fear of judgment. They often say this freedom made the path lighter.

There were challenges. Time was tight, direction felt shaky, and consistency seemed impossible during some months. When Yash pushed too hard on perfecting a shot, Khushboo brought a fresh idea that moved the moment forward. When the chaos got too loud, his calm gave the day structure again. They built their rhythm from these differences and slowly realised that it worked.

Eat This Delhi today brings together cultural stories, food reviews, recipes, small lifestyle moments, and travel memories. Their work holds a belief they treasure. “Amazing things come from amazing people.” They feel that food and culture are never just about a dish or a location. There is always a person behind it and that person shapes the experience.

Digital media helped them share these stories with people who may never visit the places they film. A simple scene from a street corner in Delhi can suddenly reach someone thousands of miles away. This reach still surprises them.

When asked what they would tell new creators, they keep it straightforward. Find your own voice and stay patient. “Do not hide who you are. That is the part people remember.” They feel that when the process remains joyful, creativity grows on its own.
