MUN and Youth Parliament successfully organized by Nyayavani Foundation at Raja Ram Mohan Roy Academy, Dehradun

Nyayavani – “Voice for Justice”, in collaboration with Raja Ram Mohan Roy Academy, organized a two-day Model United Nations (MUN) and Youth Parliament on April 25–26, 2026, witnessing a footfall of over 400 participants. The event was convened by alumnus Mr. Deepak Sharma and Mr. Neeraj Sharma, Directors of Nyayavani Foundation.

The event was graced by Chief Guests Dr. Sanjeev Chopra (Former IAS and Curator of VOW) and Adv. Rakesh Gupta (Chairman, Bar Council of Uttarakhand), along with Guest of Honour  Dr. Falguni Pokhriyal (Jigyasa University). The dignitaries encouraged constructive dialogue, highlighting the contributions of Raja Ram Mohan Roy and emphasizing the importance of global cooperation through institutions like the United Nations.

Principal Ms. Bharti Vishnoi welcomed the gathering and expressed pride in nurturing informed, articulate, and socially responsible youth.

The success of the event was made possible by the dedicated efforts of the organizing team, including Mukul Bijalwan (Coordinator, Event Management Team & Deputy Secretary-General, NVIMUN 2026), Tisha Aggarwal (Delegate Affairs), Sakshi Yadav (Anchor & Marketing Head), Abhilash Gaur (Head of Logistics), Mohit Bharti (Head of On-Ground Operations), Rishabh Upadhyay (Hospitality Team), Vedant Mishra (Head of Outreach), Insha Nawaz, Aditya, Udit Kukreti (Management Team), Chinmay (On-Ground Management), and Rudraksh.

Throughout the sessions, students displayed commendable debating, leadership, and analytical skills. Raja Ram Mohan Roy Academy was awarded Best School, while Jigyasa University secured Best University.

The event concluded on an inspiring note, encouraging participants to emerge as responsible and engaged global citizens.
