Meet Avanti Khanwalkar, the Content Writing Expert and founder of Writing Technocrats.

Avanti Khanwalkar: As a child, I have always had a passion to start something of my own in life. I always wanted to become financially free and to achieve that flexibility, I had to do something other than a job. Besides, I don't like to work under someone for a long period. So, I had always in the back of my mind that someday I’ll do business.

Previously I worked with top-notch MNCs like HCL, IBM, etc. I was bored with the monotonous work. After marriage when I shifted to Pune, I didn’t want to go back to the old software services. Following my husband’s advice, I tried my hands in creative writing.

The actual Entrepreneur Journey started when I was entering into the phase of motherhood. When I got pregnant, I decided to quit my full-time job at IBM and start a content writing agency.

After I became an entrepreneur, the journey was full of challenges. Initially, it was a roller coaster ride for I had to manage everything, right starting from grabbing clients to delivering services, managing resources, and so on. But it was quite fun too. After the first initial days of hard work, we grabbed good clients across various industry verticals that motivated me to achieve great heights in my journey.

The biggest challenge was to begin this journey, leaving the ongoing job at IBM. But after the initial days of hardship, consistent efforts in the right direction brought success.

My husband is a Digital Marketer so he has helped me in generating well-qualified leads through various marketing activities and closure for the same.

There is fierce competition in the content writing field and our agency has done an immense job by grabbing a good clientele in diversified industry verticals. It helps to keep our team of writers motivated and helps in the great learning curve. One of the biggest achievements is that I am providing jobs to various people instead of being a job seeker.
