The more time and effort you put into your goals, the better chance you have of achieving them.
As a child, I was the most introverted and shy kid around. Nobody would’ve thought that one day I could become an entrepreneur.
I became confident in myself and worked on my personality. I started taking risks and developed the perseverance to become an entrepreneur.
When I was in the UK, I observed Ayurveda-based supplements in the markets. The majority of these products are of Indian Origin. We were amazed to see how popular traditional Ayurveda is in the West. We decided to start with MBDH Wellness where we infused new technological advances in the field of alternative medicine, together building products conforming to international protocols of drug development – from stability to toxicity studies.
Our journey with MBDH Wellness began with our grandfather, the Late Shri Bhagwan Biyani, who laid the foundation of our first pharmaceutical business in Ujjain in 1960. He lived a life of liberty and was known for spreading positivity and laughter.
My grandfather was a very passionate man. In his unique ways, he taught me some very valuable lessons. One of his favorite sayings was, “Certain things catch your eye, but pursue only those that capture the heart.”
India is a rich reservoir of medicinal plants and has attracted attention worldwide several multinational companies have been trying to identify their active principles for use in the allopathic system of medicine.
However, the contribution of developing countries to the global herbal business is very poor due to a lack of quality control and standardization measures.
It takes a lot of time and effort to accomplish any goal and it is not always easy to stick with something, but it is worth it in the end.
It's important to remember that there will be obstacles, but you can overcome them if you are willing to put in the work and stay dedicated.
