Entering the glamorous Bollywood event management industry as a complete novice seemed daunting for my partner, Yash Shahani, and me. However, armed with determination and a belief in our abilities, we embarked on a transformative journey.
As college students, we discovered our passion for event management in 2018. Despite being newcomers, we organized events for smaller production houses, gaining recognition and attracting opportunities from prominent film production houses and music video makers.
Our unique concept, "Youth Activations," brought the magic of Bollywood to fans through trailer launches, song releases, film screenings, and meet-and-greet sessions. The success of our first Youth Activation Event for the film Kalank propelled us further, earning us requests from renowned production houses and actors.
We achieved several milestones, such as conducting three consecutive film promotion events in just two hours, featuring our company logo in over 25 Bollywood films' opening credits, and organizing a television interview event for Aaj Tak with top stars like Ranveer Singh, Rohit Shetty, and Johnny Lever.
As entrepreneurs, we aim to expand our business, reach a larger audience, and explore innovative avenues within the Bollywood and events realm. Venturing into film production is one of our long-term goals, and we have begun laying the groundwork for this exciting endeavor.
Being part of the Bollywood event management industry is a blessing, where hard work, passion, and determination matter. Despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we successfully transitioned to digital events. The industry's versatility ensures a vibrant and ever-evolving landscape.
