Vanshika Pandey: Building a Technology Content Community for Students and Young Professionals

Vanshika Pandey comes from Satna, a small town in Madhya Pradesh, and moved to Pune for college. University introduced her to a different lifestyle, new people and opportunities. While she enjoyed her professional career, she also wanted the freedom to create something of her own and build a life that included travel, independence and work she genuinely enjoyed.

Her journey into content creation began alongside her 9 to 5 career. She was not initially thinking about building a business. Her first question was how she could use her online presence to solve real problems. Fashion, beauty, lifestyle and entertainment already had plenty of content, while technology, education, coding, internships and careers often lacked simple and relatable explanations for students.

That gap became the focus of her work. Vanshika began creating content around technology, careers, internships and the realities of working in the technology industry. She wanted people to see their phones as tools for learning rather than only entertainment. Over time, her content grew into a community of students and technology professionals. She has mentored more than 10,000 students, received a national award for her content creation journey and spoken at leading IITs and universities.

Today, content creation and personal branding form a major part of her work. She works with brands and companies to create technology focused content that helps useful products and opportunities reach students and technology professionals. For businesses, her role is to communicate with the right audience in a way that feels authentic rather than like traditional advertising.

The journey has also included uncertainty. Content does not always perform well, opportunities do not always work out and growth rarely follows a straight line. Vanshika learned to treat performance as feedback, trying different formats, topics and ways of communicating. For her, consistency does not mean repeating the same thing every day. It means continuing while remaining willing to change.

Curiosity, persistence and empathy remain central to her approach. She enjoys learning about new technology before breaking it down for others, while empathy helps her understand students and early career professionals who may be unsure about what to learn next. One important lesson was learning not to connect content performance with personal worth. A post that performs poorly does not mean the idea or the person behind it has failed.

Her family remains a major source of motivation. She wants to create greater financial freedom, comfort and security for them, while her close circle helps keep her grounded when followers and public attention become distracting. Although winning a national award is an achievement she values, helping students, speaking at colleges and building a community around technology and careers gives her a deeper sense of purpose.

Her long term ambition is to build something much larger around technology, careers and professional growth, helping people learn, discover opportunities and connect with companies and communities. For Vanshika, the journey is also about giving others the confidence to begin. If her journey inspires even one person to believe in themselves, she considers it worthwhile.
