Abeer Bin Javaid, hailing from a family with a legacy of legal expertise and scientific accomplishment, has walked his unique path in the world of entrepreneurship and the arts. With a father who is a respected barrister and a grandfather who has made significant contributions as an ex-Chief Scientist/Director, Abeer has been deeply influenced by his family's dedication to knowledge and achievement in both law and science.

From a young age, Abeer was drawn to entrepreneurship, inspired by the ingenuity and determination of his family members, particularly his father. His passion for writing, which began in the third grade, led him to become a published author. He has crafted numerous stories, with one of his favorites being about a special train journey exploring the railways of Shimla.

Despite not initially excelling in fine arts, Abeer embraced the challenge by starting with organizational tasks and eventually honing his fine arts skills. His commitment to the arts is evident through the various initiatives he has undertaken. Abeer organizes painting competitions that connect the entire art community of Kashmir. He also hosts paint dates every Sunday, offering a free and inclusive space for anyone to join and paint, along with exhibitions that showcase diverse artworks.

The journey has not been without challenges. As a young entrepreneur in Kashmir, building trust and raising awareness about the significance of art has been difficult. However, with the support of his faith, family, friends, and key team members like Shalizeh Asif, Maliha Shabir, and Ayaan Bukhari, Abeer has persevered. He emphasizes the importance of following one's passion, embracing failure, staying adaptable, building a strong support network, and focusing on value creation.

Abeer's vision is clear and ambitious. He aims to establish Arts by Bretton as Kashmir's first art organization that connects the global art community with Kashmir. His dream is to represent Kashmir’s artists on the world stage, showcasing their talent and cultural heritage. Beyond this, Abeer has plans for upcoming projects, including Model United Nations (MUN) initiatives, further expanding his impact and influence.
