Suraj Singh: Carrying a Family Legacy into Modern Real Estate

Suraj Singh grew up in a family known for leadership, business and strong social influence in Punaichak, Patna, Bihar. His grandfather, Upendra Narayan Singh, was a respected Executive Engineer in the Bihar government, while his late father, Satyajeet Kumar Singh, popularly known as the “Tiger of Sipara” and “Nikku Babu,” was a well known businessman and political activist. Losing both at a young age changed Suraj’s life. At 14, he lost his father, followed by his grandfather at 17, leaving him with responsibilities far beyond his years.

That responsibility brought him into real estate leadership at just 18. Before becoming Director and CEO of Quantum Buildcon Private Limited, Suraj spent around a year serving as Head of Operations, gaining hands on experience in the company’s day to day functioning. He later took charge as Director and CEO, overseeing projects, legal and sales activities, banking operations, staff supervision and property development while continuing his schooling at GD Goenka Public School.

His early professional experience also included working as a Business Operations Manager and Operations Assistant in pharmaceutical distribution and EV retail. These roles gave him practical exposure to business operations, process management and organisational responsibilities at an early stage.

Quantum Buildcon had already built a trusted name in the local real estate market, but Suraj saw an opportunity to bring more modern and digital methods into the traditional property business. This led him to create SinghSpaces India, a digital property management venture focused on professionally marketing and managing the family’s residential and commercial properties.

His business interests now extend beyond property development. Quantum Buildcon is associated with projects such as Quantum DNR Apartment, while SinghSpaces India focuses on digital property management. Through Nik Su and Sam (OPC) Pvt Ltd, where he serves as Director and CEO, Suraj is also building a hospitality venture. He also contributes to digital marketing and pricing initiatives for Karmic Aura.

One of his notable achievements is being honoured by the Book of World Records as the youngest leader of a real estate construction and development company. He has also received the Iconic India Award from the Tretayug Foundation and the Jagran Genius Award in 2024.

His professional learning has continued alongside his business responsibilities. Suraj has completed LearnTube certifications in Strategic Financial Planning, Business Process Automation and Digital Marketing Strategy. He is also a Student Member of RICS, holds a Six Sigma White Belt certification and has completed a PMEC certification.

For Suraj, completing projects successfully and carrying forward his father’s business legacy remain deeply important. His journey began with responsibility at an unusually young age, but it has gradually developed into a broader entrepreneurial path spanning real estate, digital property management, hospitality and business operations. With family trust as his foundation and modern business practices as his direction, Suraj Singh is building an identity of his own while carrying forward a legacy that began long before him.
