Sridevi Jasti’s journey began long before the birth of her company Vibrant Living. With a background in Food and Nutrition and years of study in India and abroad, she returned to the country after almost twenty five years and felt something had changed in the way people were eating. In her hometown of Hyderabad, she saw meals becoming heavier on meat and refined items while vegetables, fruits and legumes were slowly slipping away from the daily plate. Even millets that once grew easily around the region were almost forgotten in the city. This bothered her enough to take the first small step by holding workshops and speaking on a local language television show, sharing what she had gathered through education and years of experience outside India.
People listened but she sensed they needed more than information. They needed real food that matched the advice she was giving. That thought pushed her to start one of India’s earliest plant based cloud kitchens around fifteen years ago. It was new territory and there were no clean food networks or farmer groups she could turn to, so every ingredient had to be found and checked by herself. Even hiring people who understood her way of doing things was tough in the early days.

Her work kept growing and so did the community around her. She helped bring Hyderabad its first large scale vegan festival which drew homegrown brands, families and curious visitors who wanted to know what plant based living could feel like. The energy around that gathering still stays with her and now she plans an International Vegan Festival this year. Through all this, her company slowly added more offerings. Today Vibrant Living has daily meal subscriptions prepared with clean and simple ingredients, more than forty five kinds of handmade snacks, a natural lifestyle store and three restaurants in Hyderabad including one inside the airport at the domestic departures terminal.
Sridevi says, “I stayed true to my values even when people did not understand why I was doing this.” Sticking to her purpose helped her stay patient while handling many verticals at the same time. Growth came steadily and she allowed it to move at its own pace. For her, each part of the company had to match her intention behind the work or it made no sense.
Her family stood by her from the beginning and she often says she would not have built any of this without them. Their belief gave her the strength to continue during difficult phases and she still counts on that steady backing. She feels families can help young people dream with confidence by encouraging curiosity and emotional balance at home.
The message behind Vibrant Living stays simple. Eat clean food, stay grounded and live with awareness of what the body needs. Sridevi shares her own recipes on social media along with small stories about culture and ingredients because food feels personal to her. She enjoys the space because it lets her build a community around better eating and steady wellness. One thing she tells every young founder is this line which she repeats often. “Start with a clear purpose and hold on to it. Growth takes time but it stays when your work adds real value.”
