Sanchita Khare: From Fingertips to Frontlines

Transformation does not always begin with a bold announcement. Sometimes, it begins at your fingertips. For Sanchita Khare, a childhood fascination with nail art eventually became the starting point for Nailorgeous Nails Pvt Ltd, a Lucknow based D2C beauty brand changing how Indian women experience nail fashion.

Sanchita did not come from a fashion background. She had no formal design education or family business to inherit. Her professional career was built in consulting, strategic transformation, project management and business operations, where she spent more than a decade working with global organisations. Those years shaped her thinking around discipline, customer needs and long term business building.

When she founded Nailorgeous, she was not simply entering the beauty industry. She was questioning the usual way women accessed nail fashion. Why should confidence depend on expensive salon appointments? Why should women spend hours every month for something that thoughtful product design could make simpler?

These questions became the basis of Nailorgeous. The brand offers reusable, salon finish press on nails that can be applied within minutes, giving women access to premium nail styling without lengthy salon visits. Its products are designed for women across India, including customers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

For Sanchita, nails are much more than accessories. They sit on the fingertips that sign business contracts, deliver presentations, hold microphones, create art, comfort loved ones and build companies. This belief is captured in the brand line, “We don’t just curate colours. We curate aura.”

The company grew through consistent attention to customer feedback, product designs, packaging and delivery. Rather than chasing every viral trend, Sanchita kept refining the experience around what women actually wanted. That steady work helped Nailorgeous gain attention across the Indian beauty and entrepreneurial space.

The brand has been the Official Nail Styling Partner for VogueStar Miss India and Miss Diva, participated in Flipkart Glam Up Fest 2026, and received the SheThePeople Digital Women Award 2025 in the Solopreneur category, subject to the official award title. Nailorgeous has also been featured by Lifestyle Magazine, Entrepreneurs of India, Professional Beauty India, Radio City, Girl Power Talk, Startup by DOC and HerZindagi.

Beyond products, Sanchita has connected Nailorgeous with causes supporting acid attack survivors through SHEROES and Pride related work with Gentleman Gaga. For her, beauty should feel inclusive and personal, not restricted by conventional ideas.

Long before the company existed, Sanchita collected more than 200 nail paints as a child and spent hours experimenting with colours and designs. Years later, that forgotten passion returned alongside her corporate career and grew into a business.

As Sanchita says, “Breaking stereotypes isn’t rebellion. It’s transformation through leadership.” Nailorgeous now carries that belief from one fingertip to another, giving women a simple way to express who they are, one set of nails at a time.
