Rhianka Paul: Building BizzyBee360 as a 360 Degree Growth Partner for Businesses

Rhianka Paul, founder of BizzyBee360, began her entrepreneurial journey long before she understood the word entrepreneurship. Growing up, experiences that challenged her confidence taught her independence and the need to create opportunities rather than wait for them. More than a decade across sales, business development, team management and business growth helped her discover that building teams, markets, revenue systems and opportunities gave her greater fulfilment than simply achieving targets.
Her idea for BizzyBee360 came from watching businesses spend heavily without knowing where the money was going. At one organisation, she saw a founder accumulate losses of around ₹2 crore over almost six years. After joining in the seventh year, Rhianka examined sales, teams, marketing, operations and execution, helping the business improve through better planning. That experience led her towards business consulting, with a focus on helping founders grow smarter with what they already have.
Today, BizzyBee360 works as a 360 degree growth partner for startups, scaling businesses and service led companies in EdTech, Healthcare, Hospitality, IT and Real Estate. Its work covers business growth, sales, digital marketing, operations, hiring, team structuring and performance systems. Rhianka wants founders to feel they have another entrepreneurial brain beside them, thinking about their money and growth with an ownership mindset.

Her early challenges centred on founder mindset and the difference between fast growth and healthy growth. Her philosophy remains, “Don’t build the fastest growing business. Build a business strong enough to keep growing.”
Several turning points shaped her journey, from becoming a business builder to seeing businesses improve through better systems and teams. Motherhood brought a career setback during pregnancy, yet she rebuilt her career, entered another leadership role and became an entrepreneur and author of The Funky Founder. Her first clients came through trust, relationships and referrals, with results creating further opportunities.

Rhianka also speaks about modern leadership, where Gen Z employees seek transparency, feedback and a voice. She believes leaders should combine empathy with accountability. Her husband, once her manager, has remained her strongest personal support through career changes, motherhood and entrepreneurship.
Her achievements include turning around businesses, creating a large employment platform in Odisha and writing her first book. Failure taught her not to build an identity around titles or outside validation, but around capabilities that travel with her. Her next ambition is to build a company where 80% of leadership roles are held by women, while advocating women’s leadership, economic empowerment and inclusive employment. She wants BizzyBee360 to create stronger pathways for women entering or returning to work and to build opportunities that contribute to more inclusive and peaceful communities. Her message is simple: “Build your own place, and make sure you leave the door open for others.”
