Punam Gupta is a leader whose influence resonates throughout sectors, she has etched a glorious reputation cutting across pharmaceuticals, food processing, and social welfare. With an empire consisting of Immuno Life Pvt. Ltd., Octa Life Sciences, and Quality Services & Training Pvt. Ltd., she has redefined achievement by entwining innovation with service.

Right from the start of her professional journey, she showed an irrepressible passion to excel. Fruition of Postgraduate qualifications in Computer Science, Food Nutrition, Mass Communication, Journalism, and LLB earned her the necessary foundations for the phenomenal journey to follow. 

It began with entrepreneurship in computer centers and a consultancy firm and was an entry into leadership levels in the manufacture and pharmaceuticals industry. In the last three decades, she has emerged as an unstoppable force, breaking new records with every milestone.

Her dedication to public good saw the establishment of the Together We Can Foundation, a selfless mission to tackle fundamental issues in society, such as food safety, animal welfare, and organ donation. The far-reaching effects of her work stretch far beyond the boardroom and into communities that have directly felt the positive outcomes of her steadfast endeavors. In a world where success is generally quantified by numbers, she believes, "True success lies in the change you create for others."

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic witnessed her stepping up to yet another challenge, founding Immuno Life Pvt. Ltd. to meet the growing demand for high-quality immunity-enhancing Ayurvedic products. The brand 30M became a ray of hope, providing a variety of wellness solutions, such as bhringraj onion hair oil, Shilajit resin, and herbal cosmetics. These products, under her guidance, are renowned for their purity, without any harmful chemicals and artificial boosters.

She has received Award from Mr. Gulshan Grover, and famous acress Mahima Cowdhary, 

Recognition has accompanied her constant chase of excellence. From awards by cricket icon Sunil Gavaskar to awards given by legends like Rajat Sharma, Sonu Sood, and Sudha Chandran, her work has been celebrated on various platforms. Her effort has also received a distinguished award from Sonakshi Sinha and appreciation from the Honorable Governor of Haryana, Mr. Bandaru Dattatreya, further solidifying her position as a trailblazing entrepreneur and philanthropist. She also received 2nd largest performance Award by FSSAI India.

In spite of the recognition, the path has been filled with difficulties. The lack of financial support and the battle of convincing others to join her cause were obstacles that seemed too great to overcome. But she did not give up, showing that determination and perseverance can conquer even the most insurmountable obstacles. "Slow and steady wins the race; patience and perseverance build empires," she believes.
