From Struggling with Health to Thriving as a Nutriprenuer: Prerna’s Journey to Empowering Others
Growing up, I struggled with my health, but as I delved deeper into the world of food and its impact on the body, I knew that I wanted to help others lead healthier lives. My journey to becoming a Nutriprenuer – a nutritionist and entrepreneur – was filled with challenges, but I never lost sight of my goal.
With the guidance of my mother, who became my biggest mentor, I transformed my passion for healthy eating into a successful business. From experimenting with homemade meals to promoting clean eating habits, I was determined to make a difference. I wanted to be the beacon of hope for those who struggled with their health, just like I did.
The road to success was never easy, but I learned to embrace the challenges that came my way. I was determined to never give up, and I proved this when I battled a disease at the age of 11 and emerged victorious. I realized that life tests us every day, and it's up to us to score high or sit back and receive a zero. This lesson stayed with me, and I always had faith in myself, no matter what obstacles I faced.
As an entrepreneur, I faced many hurdles, but I welcomed them with open arms, knowing that they were just a stepping stone to success. My goal was to help people eat healthily and live beautifully, and I was determined to make it happen.
With hard work, patience, and a clear destination in mind, I achieved my dream. I was awarded certifications in Accupressure and Diabetes Educator, and was recognized for the best thesis in my Msc program, scoring higher marks than my peers. This was just the beginning, and I was eager to see what the future held.
In conclusion, my journey to becoming a dietician and entrepreneur was a rollercoaster ride, but it taught me the importance of never losing hope and always having faith in oneself. I am proud to say that I have achieved my dream, and I am living my life to the fullest, helping others live healthy and beautiful lives
