Mihir Lunia is shaping the way businesses and land development grow in India. As the Founder and CEO of Brego Business and Brego Land, his work focuses on practical solutions that support small and medium enterprises while making land ownership transparent and future-ready. His approach is built on understanding real problems and applying simple, system-oriented strategies. With Brego Business, Mihir has guided over a thousand companies, streamlining their marketing and finance through actionable systems rather than theoretical playbooks.
Brego Land, on the other hand, was born from a personal experience during the pandemic when Mihir sold a plot of land to fund his wedding. That encounter revealed the fragmented and opaque nature of land ownership in India. Combined with childhood memories of his father’s farm, he saw an opportunity to transform land into a tool for wealth creation, rural development, and sustainable living.
Today, Brego Land offers curated and legally verified parcels across Maharashtra and
Goa, helping individuals and institutions invest with confidence. From weekend homes to farmland and long-term holdings, the company aims to build a meaningful relationship with land rather than simply selling it.

Mihir’s journey has been shaped by early lessons in entrepreneurship. He bootstrapped Brego Business with just six thousand rupees, learning to balance risk and caution, values instilled by his father and mother. Mentorship from leaders like Nibranth Shah and Jaydev Mody reinforced his belief that businesses grow best when built patiently, profitably, and with purpose. His leadership style emphasizes cultural alignment, training teams, and fostering trust, which has allowed a ninety-member team to operate with autonomy and clarity.
Major projects like collaborations with Peninsula Land in Alibag highlight how Brego Land navigates complex stakeholder landscapes, proving that transparent and
scalable land development is achievable. Mihir sees this work as part of a broader strategy to decentralize growth in India, channel capital into rural markets, and improve infrastructure that works efficiently for communities. Beyond business, he is building a farm home with his wife, who runs a wildlife lodge, raising dogs, and preparing to launch Brego Problems, a platform aimed at solving India’s toughest challenges through focused, founder-led action. Through his work, Mihir demonstrates that growth in India comes from a combination of structure, vision, and ground-level execution. Each company, each plot of land, and each initiative is designed to deliver tangible results while nurturing long-term value.
“This isn’t just about business. It’s about building systems that actually move India forward—one brand, one piece of land, one problem at a time,” he explains. His story is a reminder that entrepreneurship, when paired with systems thinking and purpose, can create change that benefits individuals, businesses, and society.
