Isha Jaiswal: From Chartered Accountant to Finance Content Creator and Entrepreneur

Isha Jaiswal became a Chartered Accountant at the age of 22, a milestone that opened doors to a promising corporate career. She went on to work with leading organisations, including Big 4 firms, Mahindra, and the Tata Group. Yet, while working in the corporate world, she slowly began to feel that she wanted to build something of her own. The decision was not easy, but she eventually left her stable and high paying corporate job and began a new chapter in content creation and entrepreneurship.

Her journey started with a simple purpose, to spread financial awareness and help people become smarter with their money and careers. Finance can often feel complicated for people who have never studied it, and Isha wanted to make these subjects easier to understand. Her content focuses on finance, careers, productivity, and business learning, with complex topics explained in a practical and entertaining manner. Alongside content creation, she also built her consulting firm, Dolfinn Business Solutions Private Limited, where she works with businesses and individuals in areas such as valuation, AI, and financial modelling.

The shift from corporate life to entrepreneurship came with its own share of uncertainty. She had a good career, a high paying role, and the comfort of a stable professional life. Leaving all of that behind meant stepping into an unfamiliar space without a ready client base or a guaranteed path. Her parents were also initially worried about the decision. Still, she felt that taking the risk at that stage of her life was worth it. “If I did not take the risk at that stage of my life, it would become much harder later when responsibilities increased,” she says.

When Isha began creating content in 2021, educational and finance content was still a relatively untapped space. Resources and opportunities were not always easy to find, and professionally, she had to start without a strong client base. It was a complete shift from corporate employment to building a personal brand and consulting business from the ground up. The early period was difficult, but patience and regular effort slowly brought new opportunities.

One lesson that stayed with her through this period was the importance of consistency. There were moments of self doubt, uncertainty, and mistakes, particularly during the early days of entrepreneurship. Instead of expecting everything to work immediately, she learned to give herself time. “Consistency matters more than perfection,” she says. For her, small efforts made repeatedly can eventually create much bigger results.

Her work as a finance content creator has also given her the chance to reach people beyond the usual professional circles. Through Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, she shares financial education, career advice, workplace productivity tips, and business case studies. The digital space allows a single piece of content to reach people across different cities, professions, and age groups. For Isha, that accessibility makes digital education especially powerful.

Authenticity is another idea that remains central to her work. She believes people connect more easily with real experiences and practical information than with an image of perfection. Her own journey from a Chartered Accountant working with major companies to an entrepreneur and content creator gives her stories a personal quality. She does not present entrepreneurship as a smooth journey. There were doubts, difficult decisions, and periods when she had to keep going without knowing exactly where the next opportunity would come from.

Her family and close circle also remained an important source of emotional encouragement. Even when they had concerns about her decision to leave a stable job, their support and blessings gave her confidence. She believes families can help young professionals and creators by trusting their choices, allowing them room to try different paths, and encouraging them during difficult phases.

Today, Isha brings together her professional knowledge and digital presence in a way that allows her to serve both audiences and clients. Her consulting work gives her a space to work closely on valuation, financial modelling, AI, and business matters, while her content allows her to make financial knowledge accessible to a much wider audience. These two sides of her career continue to grow alongside each other.

Her message to aspiring professionals and creators is simple. “Stay consistent, keep learning, and focus on creating value for people.” Success may not arrive overnight, but she believes genuine work, patience, and continuous learning can create opportunities over time. Her journey shows what can happen when professional expertise is combined with the courage to leave a familiar path and build something personal from the ground up.

Isha Jaiswal’s journey offers a simple lesson in having the courage to choose your own path. From becoming a Chartered Accountant at 22 to leaving a successful corporate career and building her own consulting and content career, she has shown the value of consistency, patience, and continuous learning. Her work in making finance and career knowledge easier to understand gives readers a practical reminder that professional growth does not always follow a fixed path, and sometimes the biggest step is simply having the courage to begin.
