Hardik Tamkhane: Solving Real Problems Through Code and Strategy

Hardik Tamkhane is a fourteen year old builder from Pune who has been exploring the intersection of technology and business since he began coding in the fifth grade. By the time he reached the seventh grade, he was already diving into finance and developing his own projects. His path was driven by a natural curiosity to understand how things work and a desire to create rather than just study. This hands on approach led to the creation of Fusion Interpreter and Cyvance Security, ventures born from his habit of identifying real gaps in the market.

Fusion Interpreter started when he noticed that many brands were struggling with high customer acquisition costs and inefficient advertising. He decided to dive into performance marketing to understand these failures and develop data driven strategies to fix them. His second venture, Cyvance Security, was inspired by his interest in cybersecurity and the observation that many businesses only look at security after a breach occurs. He wanted to build something that focused on proactive risk assessment instead of reactive fixes.

Being taken seriously at such a young age was a significant challenge when speaking to experienced business owners. Hardik realized he had to prove his worth through measurable results rather than words, which forced him to focus on practical outcomes. "I had to prove myself through results," he notes, having built Synthaxia AI, which has already served over three thousand users. He has also authored a book and received recognition from Bharati Vidyapeeth for his early contributions to the field.

His vision is to scale his ventures into impact driven companies that solve problems with absolute clarity. For Fusion Interpreter, this means helping brands grow by reducing wasted spend on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn. For Cyvance, he aims to create a firm that provides genuine protection in an increasingly digital environment. He stays ahead by constantly testing and adapting to real time data rather than relying on fixed strategies. Hardik encourages aspiring entrepreneurs to start before they feel ready, as the most important skills like selling and execution are only learned through doing.
