Gaurii Kukreja - The Entrepreneurs of India Magazine

ree

Gaurii Kukreja didn’t plan to start a business. It started with a breakdown. A mother of two and now the founder of Soulmapbygaurii, her entry into the spiritual space wasn’t mapped out on a business plan—it was divinely nudged during a phase of emotional burnout. She found herself turning to tarot, not to predict the future, but to understand herself. What began as a personal quest turned into a mission, a deeper calling. Tarot was only the beginning. Gaurii’s spiritual curiosity led her to numerology and energy healing. Each discovery peeled back a new layer of awareness. As she describes it, these practices weren’t tools—they were portals. Today, she stands tall as a master tarot reader, certified numerologist, and energy healer. Her work is a blend of ancient practices and deeply intuitive guidance, all rooted in lived experience. For her, this is not just a profession. It’s her soul’s voice in motion.

Running a spiritual business, though, hasn’t been without its hurdles. Self-doubt, she says, was her first and toughest hurdle.

In a world still skeptical of spiritual paths, it took a lot of internal anchoring to trust her voice and stand firm. At times, even close circles didn’t understand her work. And being a mother made the balancing act even more layered. But she leaned into boundaries, protected her energy, and started honoring her own rhythm—feminine, intuitive, and honest. One thing she reflects on often is how, early on, she mistook service for self-sacrifice. “I poured from an empty cup,” she shares. She believed constantly being available and saying yes to everything would make her a better guide. But the truth revealed itself through fatigue and emotional disconnect. She learned that the energy behind your service is what people truly feel—and if you’re not whole, you can’t hold space for others.
