Vikas S. Oberoi, Director of Brain's Bee and Eduwiz Mentors Pvt. Ltd., believes education should prepare people for life, not just examinations. Coming from a middle class family where discipline, honesty, and learning were deeply valued, Vikas did not become an entrepreneur overnight. His path was shaped by years of observing the gaps in education, career guidance, and skill development. He believed students deserved more than academic success. They needed confidence, direction, communication skills, and the ability to succeed beyond the classroom. Guided by his life motto, "Helping Individuals Help Themselves," he began building organizations that put people before profits.

Today, Brain's Bee and Eduwiz Mentors Pvt. Ltd. work across career counselling, psychometric assessments, teacher training, leadership coaching, soft skills development, academic mentoring, competitive examination coaching, and school partnership programmes. Through seminars, workshops, counselling sessions, and training programmes, Vikas has reached more than 250,000 learners. His work focuses on helping students, educators, schools, parents, and professionals discover their strengths while preparing them for future opportunities.
The journey was never free from challenges. Financial pressures during expansion and disruptions during the pandemic tested the business. Rather than slowing down, Vikas adopted digital learning, online counselling, hybrid training, and technology based teaching. Those experiences strengthened his belief that learning never stops. He also discovered that failures often become the best teachers, encouraging stronger planning, better teamwork, and wiser decisions.

His first opportunities came through seminars, educational workshops, and word of mouth recommendations. Every programme was treated as a chance to deliver genuine value. As participants benefited, referrals followed, helping the organizations grow steadily. Family, mentors, colleagues, and educational partners have remained an important source of encouragement throughout his journey.
Inside the organization, Vikas believes culture begins with purpose. Team members are encouraged to take ownership, continue learning, and contribute ideas. Professionally, he takes pride in conducting more than 3,000 counselling sessions, delivering over 180 educational seminars, and helping thousands of students achieve their academic goals. His advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple. "Build trust before building scale." He believes businesses grow through relationships, credibility, service, and a genuine desire to help people become the best version of themselves.
