His work continues to focus on community development, public welfare, education, healthcare, and national progress.
His political journey began in 1992 with the Bharatiya Janata Party Yuva Morcha. Starting from the youth wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he steadily took on greater responsibilities and became actively involved in public affairs.
His dedication and consistent work led him to several key positions within the party. Between 2014 and 2020, he served as Secretary of BJP Delhi Pradesh, contributing to organizational activities and public outreach efforts. Former Secretary of BJP Delhi, he currently serves as a State Executive Member of BJP Delhi, continuing to engage with issues affecting citizens at the grassroots level and contributing to the party's organizational and public outreach effort
A major chapter of Dr. Monga's public life emerged with the establishment of Ekta Mission in 2000. As Founder and President of the organization, he set out with a simple yet powerful belief that unity and social harmony can create stronger communities. Over the years, Ekta Mission has organized medical camps, blood donation drives, educational activities, environmental awareness campaigns, relief work, and assistance programs for underprivileged families. Through these efforts, the organization has reached thousands of people across different communities.
The COVID 19 pandemic became one of the most challenging periods in recent history, and Dr. Monga devoted much of his time to relief activities. His team worked tirelessly to arrange oxygen support, hospital assistance, food distribution, medicines, and emergency aid for families facing uncertainty. Speaking about public service, he has often believed that "helping people in difficult times is the highest duty of leadership."
Beyond politics and social welfare, Dr. Monga has held several respected positions, including Chief Spokesperson of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana in Delhi, Incharge of Greater Kailash Vidhan Sabha, and Member of the Delhi and District Cricket Association. His involvement across various advisory and governmental bodies reflects a broad commitment to public causes.
Guided by his vision of empowering communities, strengthening unity, and building a better India, Dr. Pawan Monga continues his work with the same energy and commitment that first brought him into public life more than thirty years ago.
