Er. V. Sourab's story begins in Nellore, shaped by a home where resilience was not spoken about much, but lived every day. Raised by a single mother, with his grandparents Prabhakara and Josepheena closely involved in his upbringing, he grew up watching sacrifice take quiet, consistent form. That environment gave him a sense of responsibility early on. He was not just thinking about personal success; he was thinking about building something meaningful, something that could carry forward the values he had grown up around.
His path did not follow a straight line. Failing his 12th standard became one of the most difficult phases of his life. He spent over a year at home, dealing with shame, isolation, and the weight of social expectations. That period could have easily defined him in a negative way, but instead, it forced him into deep self reflection. He began questioning the idea of relying on a single career path. Slowly, the thought of building multiple income streams and creating something independently started taking shape. What began as a setback turned into a shift in mindset that stayed with him.
His entry into entrepreneurship came from observation rather than impulse. He noticed how traditional businesses struggled to keep up with modern infrastructure and technology. In 2019, he took his first step by founding PixelJet Technologies. A few years later, he expanded into VESO Constructions in 2023, bringing his civil engineering background into practice. These experiences revealed a clear gap: businesses often had to deal with multiple vendors for different services, which made operations slow and confusing. That insight led him to bring everything together under one umbrella through LivingStone Tech Consulting, a platform designed to simplify and integrate services.

Today, his work spans across consulting, construction, technology, publishing, and education. Based in Nellore, LivingStone Tech Consulting works with startups, students, and growing businesses, offering end to end solutions. Whether it is building infrastructure, developing digital platforms, guiding careers, or publishing books, the idea is to support people at different stages of their journey without forcing them to look in multiple directions for help.
The early days were far from easy. One of his biggest struggles was credibility; starting young meant people often did not take him seriously. Financial limitations added another layer of pressure, especially while managing multiple responsibilities without a large team. There were moments when ideas existed but resources did not. Balancing academics, work, and business made things even more demanding. Over time, these challenges built discipline and sharpened his ability to manage cash flow and stay consistent even when progress felt slow.
Several turning points shaped his journey. Starting PixelJet Technologies gave him his first exposure to how businesses actually operate. VESO Constructions brought practical experience in engineering. His academic journey, which includes a Diploma in Education, BTech, MTech, MBA, and a Doctorate in Theology, added depth to his thinking. Bringing all his ventures under LivingStone Tech Consulting gave direction and structure to everything he had been building. He also realized that his diverse background was not a distraction but an advantage, allowing him to approach problems from multiple angles.
His first breakthrough did not come from heavy marketing; it came from trust. Before stepping into engineering and business, he worked as a primary school teacher. That experience helped him build strong relationships within his community. His early clients came through direct interaction and word of mouth. By focusing on delivering quality work, even when profits were limited, he built a base of clients who referred others. That steady chain reaction became the foundation of his growth.
Risk has always been part of his journey. Starting multiple ventures without financial security required a shift from a job mindset to a business mindset. There was no family background in business to rely on. He chose to reinvest across different industries rather than staying within one safe space. Managing construction, consulting, publishing, and academics at the same time pushed his limits, but it also expanded his capacity. These decisions helped him move from uncertainty into building structured, multi domain ventures.
His approach to leadership is rooted in guidance and trust. He believes people perform better when they feel valued and given responsibility. Rather than staying distant, he prefers to stay connected to the work and understand challenges at ground level. He focuses on balancing discipline with flexibility, creating an environment where individuals can grow while staying accountable. Family continues to play a central role in his life. His grandparents inspired the name of his publishing venture, PJ Publishers, which stands as a tribute to their influence. His sister and aunt have been constant sources of support, offering perspective during difficult moments. Their presence helped him stay grounded through the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.

Writing holds a special place among his achievements. His books, including "Philemon: The Power of Love and Reconciliation", "Jude: The Call to Faithfulness", and "Obadiah: Prophet of the Day of the Lord", reflect a thoughtful blend of scholarship and practical insight. He has also worked as a translator, bringing several works into English. Both his original writings and translations are available worldwide through major e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. His continued pursuit of English Literature shows that learning is still an active part of his journey. For him, success is not just about business growth, but about the value he creates and shares with others.
Now, he sees LivingStone Tech Consulting growing beyond regional boundaries into a larger presence. His focus remains on combining technology with engineering to build integrated solutions while maintaining financial discipline. At the same time, he wants to create opportunities for young professionals through internships and employment, ensuring that growth is shared and not limited to the business alone.
