Book launch ceremony of Hanshi Shivaji Ganguly.

The official launch of the book “The Living Legend of Indian Karate -The Life of Hanshi Shivaji Ganguly”, authored by Avik Bhattacharya, took place with great honour and celebration.

Mr. Katsunori Ashida, Deputy Consul General of Japan in Kolkata, graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest, joining Hanshi Shivaji Ganguly and Men's Rights Activist Nandini Bhattacharjee in unveiling the book on the evening of 29th November at South City International School during the National Karate Championship 2025.

This inspiring book chronicles the extraordinary journey, discipline, and lifelong contributions of Hanshi Shivaji Ganguly, a pioneering figure in Indian Karate and the founder of Shivaji Gaanguly Academy of Mind & Body. It stands as a tribute to his legacy his philosophy, his resilience, and his role in shaping generations of karate practitioners across the nation.
