AManDeep Thind-Founder's Insights June 2025 Edition 22

AManDeep’s journey didn’t begin with fame or fortune. Born to a Punjabi father and a Bengali mother, he grew up caught between two different cultures and often found himself judged for not fitting into any box. School wasn’t easy. He was bullied, mocked, and made to feel like he didn’t belong. These early struggles left him questioning who he really was and where he fit in. But somewhere in that confusion, a quiet determination started to build.

His first real push toward personal growth came through a network marketing opportunity. That’s where he stumbled upon Tony Robbins’ books, which opened a whole new way of thinking. Later, attending one of Robbins' live events changed something in him. It wasn’t just motivation — it was clarity. He realized he had a voice that could help others, and that voice could become his purpose. From that point on, AManDeep decided to dedicate his life to coaching, speaking, and guiding people to find strength in their own stories.

One thing he’s learned through the years is the power of people. For him, it’s not just about hiring talent — it’s about building a team that truly believes in what they’re doing. Even in a world where technology is moving fast and AI is everywhere, AManDeep sticks to one simple truth: people who care will always matter more. And when those people are working toward the same goal, that’s when things really move forward.

Learning hasn’t stopped for him either. He still draws inspiration from the likes of Tony Robbins and Stephen Covey, always looking for ways to grow. He believes that the way you think shows up in the way you lead. So he tells others what he’s lived himself — work on your mindset, build strong habits, and surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you. For AManDeep, it’s not just about being skilled. It’s about staying grounded in your values and being real with yourself and others.

Getting started wasn’t smooth. There wasn’t much money, and support from home was limited. His first venture was a tiny computer center — no big investors, no guidebook, just faith and hard work. There were times when giving up would’ve been easier. But he kept going, trusting that if he showed up every day and gave it everything he had, something good would come from it. And slowly, it did.

Building a stable income and a reliable team took time. When the pandemic hit, his business — built around in-person events — came to a halt. It was a tough blow. But through all of it, his wife stood by him. She was his emotional anchor, and sometimes even the financial one. Moving out of Tony Robbins’ shadow to create his own identity wasn’t easy either. But step by step, AManDeep carved out his space. People began to notice, and they respected the work he was doing.

His company, Emerging Brilliance Academy Pvt. Ltd., isn’t just about teaching people how to speak on stage. It’s about helping them rediscover their voice — the one that got buried under fear, doubt, or years of silence. He helps people speak from the heart, not from a script. Whether someone is terrified of public speaking or simply wants to connect more deeply with others, AManDeep gives them the tools and the confidence to do it.

Long before coaching became popular in India, AManDeep was already doing the work — helping people use their own stories to create change. Many of his clients have gone on to build strong personal brands, inspire others, and even turn their message into income. What makes his approach different is that it’s never about fancy techniques. It’s about being honest, being brave, and being yourself.
