Aakash Melwin Ajay grew up in a middle class family in Bangalore where he watched his father start a farmhouse out of pure passion. Watching his father manage animals and crops taught him about patience and doing something because you truly want to do it. Aakash knew early on that he did not want a routine life and wanted to build something of his own. After earning his degree from M S Ramaiah College, he worked at an MNC where he learned the deeper technical side of the industry and how different departments must work together.
He was introduced to the GeM portal for government tenders through a family friend, which is where his business, Melwin Netlines Private Limited, truly began. The early days were frustrating, as almost every tender he applied for was rejected due to turnover issues or unmet requirements. He realized that trust is the most important factor in his field, as clients expect work to be finished on time and without future complaints. Lacking the initial capital, he took a risky loan to start the business, confident in his technical abilities.

In just nine months, he built the business to a turnover of around one point two crore with a significant profit, a milestone he values as proof that his idea worked. The growth has been a step by step process built on consistency and a better understanding of the market. "Just start," he advises others, believing that one will figure things out along the way. His vision is to build a company that is strong, reliable, and capable of lasting for the long term.
He stays ahead by focusing on continuous learning and staying updated with the rapid changes in his industry. His business provides networking solutions that are vital for the smooth operation of other organizations. Aakash believes that being consistent and building trust are the elements that actually matter for long term success. He encourages aspiring entrepreneurs not to wait for the perfect moment but to take the first step and learn through the process.
